Return Policy
At Heritage Outdoor Furnishings, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below you’ll find our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and damaged items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the fulfillment process has not yet begun.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours, or after fulfillment has started, may be approved at the discretion of Heritage Outdoor Furnishings
- If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, additional fees may apply
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order details.
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, email heritageoutdoorfurnishings@gmail.com with your order number and items requesting to be returned.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must be shipped back promptly and postmarked within the 7-day return window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Soft goods (including pillows and cushions)
- Gift cards
- Items not in original packaging
- Items shipped outside the contiguous United States
- Special order or custom items
- Clearance items
- Open box items
- Any items postmarked after 7 days from delivery
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed
Damaged Items & Claims
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
- Include your order details and contact information
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a free replacement of the damaged item or necessary replacement parts.
